Reports
NW Surveying Services’ aim is to provide the client with the best service possible and will happily discuss the survey verbally after inspecting the vessel. It is recommended that a sale does not proceed until the written report is finished, as often a little research or thought is necessary before a full opinion can be formed. The purchaser should take time to read and discuss the contents in full before a final decision is made. Reports can normally be produced within 24 hours of inspecting a vessel. Completed reports are then emailed and a hard copy is sent by post.
Fees
NW Surveying Services does not publish fee scales, as every boat and circumstance is different. We only quote after discussion with you once complete details are received. A fixed fee will then be quoted with no additions in most cases. Surveys are generally completed within a day, unless long distance travel is involved. All travel fees must be paid in advance.
Terms and Conditions
Once the survey is agreed, a confirmation with T&Cs will be sent to you. NW Surveying Services uses the YDSA’s Standard Survey Terms of Business. If you would like a copy in advance one can easily be emailed.
